Reliable and efficient commercial painting and Industrial coating solutions.
Your coating needs may be extensive or considerably less but when you reach out to us, they become our concern. When we start a project, we believe your work is “done” and your biggest interest is for us to be “done”.
The We Paint It 4U dictionary for “done”; whether it be a commercial paint job or an industrial painting project, is for you the customer to be glad we finished your project in a safe, non-disruptive way with a result you and your boss are happy to take credit for.
Knowing or having access to the most reliable and efficient painting and coating solution available is extremely important in today’s business environment.
Painting a wall in a commercial building is no longer about going and getting a couple of gallons of paint. The options are almost endless but only some of them are relevant. Knowing; which ones, is part of the job for a commercial painting contractor. The proper paints generally change from surface to surface:
Exterior walls: poured concrete, masonry, stucco, wood or metal
Interior walls: brick, concrete, metal or drywall
In addition to those factors an industrial painting contractor is presented with other opportunities:
Limited Time: quick dry coatings, or surface tolerant epoxies when the best surface preparation can not happen
Limited Space: Proper access equipment especially for confined space
Noise Noise Noise: Hearing protection and most importantly a right attitude.
Substrates, temperatures, exposures all affect which solutions best fit.
Knowledge is a good thing but proper execution is everything. We Paint It 4U is the painting contractor with the ability to properly prepare the surfaces and apply primers and finish coats for your maintenance needs.
Coating your industrial filtration systems like baghouses and associated ducting and system piping, structural steel, stair support steel, platforms, handrails, corrugated metal siding, galvanized electrical conduits, containment tanks, stationary tanks, sumps, stands, hoppers, chutes, machinery as well as all of your plant and water treatment assets is our goal.
Evco Plastics is located 70 miles north of Atlanta Georgia in Calhoun GA. We Paint It 4U has been on location on 2 occasions.
The first time was to clean 2 silo interiors so that a product change could be made. The evening before our crew had completed the abrasive blasting and painting of a bolted silo near Columbia SC. We were in Atlanta GA having breakfast at a fast food restaurant by 7 am. Atlanta offers many fine restaurants but we knew it would be a long day and opted for speed. Upon arrival we quickly and safely rigged the silos and began pressure washing. Just before dark the silo cleaning was complete and we were on our way to Dothan, Alabama. Traffic was light in Atlanta and we were quickly out of the fine state of Georgia.
One year later we returned to Evco to prepare and paint the silo exteriors and apply the company logo. This project took 4 days to complete. The third and fourth days were spent applying Macropoxy 646 and High Solids Polyurethane. Strangely enough upon completion we loaded up and headed back to the site in South Carolina to blast and paint another silo for them. Two repeat customers, says a little something about the crew of We Paint It4U, but to have enough returning business to have 2 in 1 trip speaks volumes.
In Newnan Ga we visited Cargill Meat Solutions on a few occasions. We coated a couple of tanks to match the University of Tennessee Colors. Some maintenance painting was done as well, including bollards and ammonia pipes.
We Paint It 4U was asked to clean the interior of several small silos on the northern side of Columbia SC. The short lead time and small size of the job could have been a challenge. When the call came in our entire crew was already in St Matthews, SC thus enabling us to meet the quick turnaround needed. The company had stainless steel silos installed that had been stained with road grime during transportation to Columbia. We were able to give them a fair price and the quick service they needed. With the knowledge gained from our company safety training the crew was able to quickly move through the site specific orientation, and begin the confined space procedures. By the end of the day all of the silos had been safely cleaned, were ready for use and We Paint It 4u had another satisfied customer.
Chemical Lime in St. Matthew was in need of an industrial painter and went with the services offered by us. The bolt together silos were to be sand blasted prior to coating with an epoxy and a urethane. The silos were completed one each year in order to meet budgetary requirements. The final result was a high quality job completed by an experienced, well trained and safe crew. Another happy customer in the great state of South Carolina.
Orlando Florida widely known for Disney World also has a large industrial community in need of painting services. We Paint It 4U, has had the privilege of painting silos for Universal (not related to the studios). This industrial painting project consisted of pressure washing and coating the exterior of 2 silos as well as abrasive blasting and painting the interior bottom 1 foot. The walk in area of a silo is often rusted at the bottom. This is not exclusive to Florida. We have seen this in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas and Georgia.
Some 80 miles northwest of Orlando FL is horse country, Ocala. I was lucky enough to live there for a few years and have access to the Florida coast. Hills Commercial Warehouse was in need of a new roof coating and called on the well trained staff of We Paint It 4U. We knew our company trailer would be in 1 spot for several days so we used that time to have the graphics applied.

We were painting the exteriors of some bolt together and welded silos as well as the cones and bottom portion of the interior in Ft Mill South Carolina at Queen City Plastics. On Saturday we realized, Nascar’s All Star race; which is run in Concord NC, was taking place that night so we knocked off early to go. The Lord my God is so kind that he brought in a small thunderstorm right after we stopped working. This makes you feel a lot better about taking off early. Our seats were at the exit of turn 4 and we did not have to wait long for the action. One of the cars spun out on the first lap in that turn. A few of the guys on our painting crew are not what you would consider race fans, but a great time was had by all and they developed an appreciation for the tremendous skill that the drivers have. Sunday morning we had the privilege of attending Redemption Church which met inside the YMCA in Charlotte. It was a very friendly church filled with younger married couples that obviously new Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
