Silo and Tank

Industrial Painters Serving TX LA MS

We Paint It 4U, whether it be Metal Buildings, Baghouses, Logos, Storage Tanks and Silos, Dust Collectors, Duct work, Stairways or most anything else.  We will be glad to quote your project or point you in the right direction if we see a more economical path for you.

We know your company can’t stop working for painting and maintenance, this is why We Paint It 4U works with you to schedule maintenance that doesn’t disrupt your operations. From small to large jobs, our silo and tank industrial painters offer experienced execution from surface preparation, professional painting and complete clean-up.

Industrial environments often involve moisture, acids, and solvents along with many other chemicals and atmospheric conditions that contribute to corrosion.

Different industrial and marine coatings are manufactured for the many different situations encountered.  Is the coating going under insulation?  Does it involve high temperatures?  Projects involving exterior surfaces require different coatings than those for interior surfaces.

Industrial Painting Contractors can assist Food Services Plants by providing quality coating processes that promote food product safety, which means getting things right from the beginning-starting with proper surface preparation and coating solutions designed to meet your specific food processing needs.

Your industrial painting project affects the efficiency of your business and you and I want it done on your schedule, with your needs at the forefront, at a predictable price and with minimal downtime and disruption.  We will complete your project on time, with minimal disturbance to your normal business operations.

Jackson is the state capital of Mississippi and is about equidistant to 2 of the cities in Mississippi where We Paint It 4U has engaged in industrial painting projects.

Picayune; not nearly the size of Jackson MS, has an industrial facility with a large number of silos.  They had a few silos with issues but were mostly concerned with doing some preventive maintenance.  By using garnet abrasive we were able to skip around spot blasting and coating without having the huge mess coal slag would have offered.

Near the Arkansas border is Greenville MS.  We Paint It 4U has been there on several occasions, working for a very large corporation.  A good sized bag house system and 2 large silos were the focus of our industrial painters.  Once again a high quality job and a happy repeat customer.

Texas, what a great state.  We have had the pleasure of painting in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.

In Dallas we have coated the inside and outside of silos as well as some of the more ordinary structures that industrial painting contractors paint.  We abrasive blasted and re-coated a metal building on the roof of another building.  Piping and a large silo access stairway have also made the list.  On one of the four or five trips we have made for one company we striped the parking lot and applied a logo to one of the silos, since we were already on site.  Happy, repeat customers is our goal and that only comes with a willingness and ability to do what is asked of us.

While traveling to job sites we have to abide by DOT regulations.  The one that affects us most is the HOS (hours of service).  This rule usually forces us to stop somewhere in route to or from a job site.  On one such occasion we were headed to San Antonio TX to sandblast and coat the inside of a silo as well as pressure wash and paint the exterior.  Katy TX was where we settled for the night.  The Super 8 had some nice rooms and provided for a good rest.  We had supper at Orlando’s Pizza.  They have a pizza buffet that you ought to give a try if you are passing by. The Flying J Travel Center helped us out with some maintenance on our box truck.  The 24 foot International box truck carries all of our abrasive blasting equipment.  All of the equipment our industrial painters need for accessing the work areas and doing our job are hauled in a 28 foot long enclosed trailer made by Anvil in Douglas Georgia.

Pineville is a city in Rapides Parish, Louisiana. It is located across the Red River from the larger Alexandria, which is where we found our motel rooms.  The job site was very near Tioga High School.  The project consisted of pressure washing, preparing and coating 5 silos 1 of which was for truck load out purposes.  As is sometimes the case while on the jobsite the customer requested some additional services and we were able to paint 10 or 12 storage tanks for them as well.  Unfortunately, we did not take time to smell the coffee before returning home.  It would have been nice to have fished the Red River or Lake Buhlow.
